Hi there, my name is Amelia Finley. I am a senior at Salpointe and I am so excited to be a part of the GroupChat for Change. Writing and reading has always been a part of my life whether that be just for school or fun! I am incredibly passionate about female empowerment and gender equality. Every young woman should feel confident in the fact that she has a voice in the room. I hope to utilize my GroupChat for Change platform to inspire everyone around me to speak up and understand that their voice has power. In addition to my passion for the community of women around me, one of my strongest passions is fitness and wellness. I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor, as well as a strength coach, and I love bringing fitness to those around me. Providing as much information as I can to everyone! I don’t know everything so except some interviews with coaches that have more years and knowledge under their belts to share what they have to know.
